After using autologous costal cartilage, my nasal tip became too high and turned into a upturned, beoseon-like nose. If I lower the tip a lot during revision surgery (so it becomes a straight nose), could the skin that had been stretched out all this time be left over and sag, or will it lower without any problems~?
