I have severe teeth grinding, so I got jaw Botox after being recommended it. Even though they injected it without anesthesia, it did not hurt too much, and I had some swelling for an hour or two, but it was fine for everyday life. A few weeks later, when I noticed my jaw did not hurt in the morning, it seems the muscle really did shrink. Botox works similarly no matter where you get it as long as it is cheap, so I am going to get it again.
