Is it hard to significantly improve asymmetrical eyes even with surgery?..

I can’t say because I haven’t seen a photo, but eyes are originally not perfectly symmetrical. Personally, I think if the difference isn’t big, it can actually be okay to leave it as is. I have natural double eyelids with asymmetry, so I got consultations because I wanted to operate on one side, but all the doctors basically told me not to do it.

The person above is right. It’s rare for someone to be perfectly symmetrical. Even in this community, when you look at photos from people asking why their eyes are uneven after surgery, quite a lot of them already had asymmetrical, uneven eyes to begin with, but they don’t recognize that and keep blaming the surgery. It’s not like they had surgery to make the eyes symmetrical; they just got double eyelids on their current eyes and are expecting too much. And as you know, when a person’s face is divided in half, because of lifestyle habits there can be a side where the muscles are used more, the skin sags more, and aging is more advanced. So even if surgery makes it as symmetrical as possible, if the habit itself isn’t corrected, it quickly goes back again. That’s the same even if you do it at another hospital. It’s just that there’s an effect only right after surgery. My left side is worse too, and I’ve used the muscles on the left more, so it doesn’t really get fixed, and I’m just accepting it and living with it.

When I told people around me, none of them even noticed the size difference at first, and then they were like, “Oh~ maybe it does seem that way?” If they didn’t know until I said it, then it probably doesn’t look strange. (For me, left is in-out and bigger; right is a thin out-line.) Seeing your own face up close in the mirror and seeing it from a third person’s perspective are different. Think it over carefully~

You need revision surgery. It’s an issue of the doctor lacking skill.
