3 years ago, I had epicanthoplasty and partial-incision double-eyelid surgery. The double-eyelid line turned out well, but the white scar tissue from the epicanthoplasty is severe. I really hate how shiny it looks. Without having another surgery, is it possible to remove only the white scar tissue? If so, I would appreciate it if you could let me know a clinic with a lot of experience that often removes white scar tissue.
