The kindness was moderate, the explanation was moderate, but I felt reassured because I was able to look at a lot of example photos of the results I wanted. I also work in a field where I conduct general consultations for people in another specialty, and there are times when I skip overly technical explanations. In those cases, example photos that fit the situation are needed, and they had many photos of cases like hump nose + no implant, neatly organized, so it was easy to compare. They also explained the different types of nose surgery with drawings, so I could look at them while waiting. The manager was also not overly much and was kind. The doctor’s explanation was not particularly impressive.
