I had surgery here at first, but since it became a bit crooked, I had a revision. Before the first surgery, they said that if a complication occurred, they would do a free revision within 2 years, so I went back. But before the surgery, the nasal asymmetry wasn’t visible, and after it was lifted, it became more noticeable. So I had the revision. Of course, from my perspective, I was a little angry. Because opening the nose again could cause complications, I asked whether I had to pay for the medication related to the surgery, and they said yes in a matter-of-fact way, like of course^^ That made me angry, so I said, “You’re the ones who made the mistake, so why should I pay?” and only then did they say they’d ask the director and contact me again... The first time I had surgery, I didn’t do the rhinitis surgery because it wasn’t covered by insurance, but the second time they said they would do it, so I had the rhinitis surgery too. Afterward, one annoying thing was that they took care of the other surgery patients with pumpkin juice and everything, but I was kind of treated like the unwanted one. There wasn’t really anything special done for me, and they just said to come back in a week to check the progress. So I said okay and came back a week later for another consultation. Then they said if there are no problems going forward, I don’t need to come back The star rating is based on the first surgery.
