I had it done here about 9 years ago. It was a short, low, wide nose, a difficult case, but they did a very natural job. They did osteotomy for the nose width and used silicone with septal cartilage for the columella and tip, and apart from the tip being stiff because of the septal cartilage and not being able to do a pig nose, there aren’t any major inconveniences.
