The waiting time was short and both the manager and the director were kind. The consultation time wasn't very long compared to other places. It was on the short side. There was no CT scan, and they explained things while holding my nose with a cotton swab, but they didn't explain things in a very detailed way. They told me what surgery was needed, and it didn't feel like overtreatment.
