I didn’t know back then, but my mouth was really protruding The downside is.. my teeth are a bit sensitive lol I only wore the rubber bands diagonally between the upper and lower jaws on the right side, and maybe that’s why only the right side is sensitive. For anything cold, I absolutely have to put it into my left cheek to eat it. I’m not sure if this part will get better even after orthodontic treatment is over Still, I’m highly satisfied with how it looks, so even if I went back, I’d definitely do it again
