After a few years have passed, I’m satisfied now. I also had the pins removed while shaving my jaw, and when I had a scan taken while getting veneers, they said it was okay. I guess sagging cheeks can’t be helped I feel like I spent 10 times more dealing with that. It’s so hard. If you’re going to do cheekbone surgery, think about sagging
