I gave the same 4 points for both the doctor and the staff, but the doctor is quite kind for a plastic surgeon and tends to listen well to what the patient wants. I don't have much impression of the staff. They weren't particularly kind, but they weren't rude either. I had nose surgery, and the incision for the bulbous nose left no scar at all, and even after several years now, I'm living without any side effects. The design is a little disappointing, and it feels like the silicone was inserted thin and long, but it's fairly natural, so I'm roughly satisfied.
