I had it done about 4 years ago, and since I got Botox regularly, the maintenance lasted a very long time. Even as it wears off, it is fading naturally without becoming uneven. It was more expensive than other clinics, but I think it was worth the money, so I have no regrets. I am now considering fat grafting, but if fat graft survival does not go well, I would be willing to go back and get the procedure again. They are skilled.
