A few years ago, I shaved down my hump nose and raised the tip. It's a no-implant surgery. They shape the line well, but without even discussing it with me they put in Medpor. I mean, I didn't get any side effects, but I don't think that should have been done. They were kind, and aftercare was not bad. Also, breathing became uncomfortable after the surgery.
