It’s been 6 to 7 months since I had ear-pinning surgery. Right after the surgery, my ears stood out the best, and after that they went back to how they were.... After ear-pinching surgery, I think they only look pretty for exactly one week while the swelling is there. Even now, when I look at photos, there’s barely any difference, so my ears have gone back to lying down again
