When I was in 10th grade, my front teeth gradually started spacing apart, so I got orthodontic treatment. I found out about 2 years ago? that my tooth roots are short. I get shocked every time I take an X-ray. They’re about half the length of someone who hasn’t had orthodontics I didn’t have any extractions at all. Aesthetically, I like it, but I’m so, so worried about when I get older later. The dental clinic that did my orthodontics at the time said that if I had extractions, I should be prepared for all my teeth to fall out later;; I don’t think it’s something to do lightly.
