First of all, I liked that the doctor explained in really great detail how the surgery would be done. They also seemed to have confidence in the eye area, and I think they handled aftercare well too. However, the consultation coordinator was kind, but there was a bit of pushing for other surgeries, and they didn't tell me about things like after-service, anesthesia methods, or post-op care unless I asked first, which was disappointing..
