I went there a while ago and the director personally touched my nose while explaining very well what kind of skin structure I had and how it could be lifted. They used something like a cotton swab to pull it and show me what it would be like. They were discussing with the assistant next to them whether I should get nostril reduction, saying things like, "I think I should do it, or maybe not?" In the end, I didn't get it done there.
