I visited last year, had a consultation, and had surgery the same day. My left eye went in for incisional ptosis correction. The left eyelid had thin fat, so to match the right side I had fat grafting under the umbilicus. My right eye was treated with non-incisional ptosis correction. I also had a subtle lateral and lower canthoplasty. As I followed up, I liked the right eye, but because the original line of the left eye was so high, it wasn’t corrected as much as I wanted. About 9 months later I went back to the clinic and had revision surgery, and now the line has definitely come down compared with the first surgery. It isn’t the eye shape I originally wanted, but I’m choosing to give myself time and get used to it.
