Before <before photo> before <before photo> after <after photo (current)> why does the photo show up this big?! Sorry I had alar reduction and cartilage tying done at Shinsa DRE. I was extremely stressed about my naturally bulbous nose, and because the staff member was family and I was 20, I went ahead after the consultation.. That is the kind of mistake people often make when getting nose surgery for the first time The better thing is to shop around and do your homework, then failure is less likely, but I thought that was only the worst-case scenario...(Of course, if the hospital is good, there should not really be room for mistakes Even while paying money, you still have to work hard to research the procedure.. reality is harsh..) But can you feel the before-and-after difference..? I got a family discount and paid 2 million won, but honestly ㅋㅋㅌㅋ it is such an over-the-top result. I really want my revision surgery to succeed this time
