I had surgery focusing most on my bulbous nose because my nostrils were wide. Among the list, it was the only clinic that didn’t use an implant, and that made me feel safest, so I chose it. Of course it varies by person, but the surgery didn’t hurt at all, and after nose surgery there were so many things I had to be careful about that the only thing left was inconvenience. Tip of the nose (ear cartilage) + bridge (postauricular fascia) + osteotomy too. Because I have thick skin and acne-prone skin, I couldn’t wash properly, my sebum exploded, and my nose skin got really bad, so I was extremely stressed after the surgery. I do prefer a natural-looking nose, but this is really, really natural. I never wanted my nose to be higher at all, and I wanted the nose to be smaller no matter what, so of course the lifted tip makes it look smaller, but only very slightly.. It’s only been a month, but it’s really natural. The tip will keep drooping over time too, and I’m really worried about that, but for now my nose is getting prettier in a natural way. For people who want dramatic results, it’d be better to look for a more glamorous clinic rather than here. This is good if you want to look like you didn’t have surgery and still become naturally prettier. But for that kind of result, the price is also high.
