The director is kind and answers everything I’m curious about step by step. But they seemed very busy, and since it’s bone surgery, I wanted a more detailed explanation. Still, I figured I’d have to go back for another consultation anyway, so I just left. I think it would be very helpful to fill out a questionnaire in advance.
