I wanted to remove the pins and improve 45-degree asymmetry, so I had a consultation for shaving. The doctor was kind. It did not seem like he was the type to recommend unnecessary surgery, but I wanted to receive recommendations based on what was needed for my face. Instead, he said the patient has to decide, so that actually made me more conflicted. I'm not sure about the consultation manager.. There was something unpleasant.
