I got facial contouring consultation here, and it went counselor-director-counselor. What was awkward was that the counselor recommended t-osteotomy and a long curved line, but the director only recommended the long curved line. When the director heard that the counselor was checking the price, the counselor said I needed to do the t-osteotomy too. I don’t know why the director said only the long curved line was enough, but then the counselor insisted I had to do the t-osteotomy too I wondered if they were the doctor;
