The consultation was based on CT data, so it was visually easy to understand. As in the reviews, the director is the type who says only exactly what needs to be said. He answered questions sufficiently well. But when I asked about something I had heard at another hospital, he became really stern … I felt embarrassed. There was strong pressure to pay a reservation deposit. They said it was refundable, so I did put one down. They really emphasized the director’s surgical skill.
