I had a consultation for a bulbous nose. A protruding mouth is my complex, so I mainly talked about nasolabial angle correction, but they said my protruding mouth was not as severe as I thought. They said if the nose is raised, it would naturally come up with it and be corrected, but instead they said the midface is sunken and recommended something like paranasal augmentation, so I was taken aback. I didn’t know I had rhinitis, but after looking at the CT, they said I also need to add functional correction, so I’m thinking about it.
