The hospital I went to before Miplus had a reception desk and consultation manager that were kind of cold and really disappointing, so even though I liked the director there, my trust in that hospital dropped because of the consultation managers But at Miplus, the consultation manager was so kind and listened to me well that my trust went up They also didn’t pressure me to put down a deposit or insist that I absolutely had to do it there They showed me a lot of before-and-after photos too, and they were similar to the nose I wanted, so if I get nose surgery, I think I’d do it here The director has a rather firm style, but I think it matches the style I’m going for, so it should be fine
