So while getting revision surgery, I replaced the silicone, and also had surgery to improve my bulbous nose and bring out the columella(?) at the same time:)

It feels like the nose extends out more naturally??
The rhinoplasty I had in Busan before.. It didn’t even look very obvious that I had surgery Looking at it now, my bulbous nose was pretty severe..... I really think choosing to do bulbous nose surgery together was a great decision!
