I went just for a consultation about double eyelid surgery. The clinic manager consulted with me first, and then they recommended not only the eyes but also the nose, facial contouring, fat grafting, and so on.. They recommended even unnecessary things I hadn't even thought about, so I felt that the commercial side was bigger than the concern for the patient. A friend who went with me did all of the surgeries they recommended, and said they were quite satisfied with the results, so I guess it depends on the person.
