There was quite a bit of waiting time. I had made a weekday appointment and went, but it was about 1 hour? Both the consultant and Director Park were kind. They were calm and soft-spoken, but even though it was around lunchtime, they looked a bit tired. They clearly pointed out the problems and areas for improvement, and there was no overtreatment. I have uneven eyes, and they honestly told me they would not become perfectly identical. They also mentioned ptosis correction, and explained why it is done and even the surgical method while drawing pictures. Some people said they were shown similar cases, but maybe because I did not ask to see any, that did not happen for me.
