This was my fifth in-person consultation for bulbous nose surgery. The writer wants to succeed on the first try, so I’m choosing very carefully. I really do not want to have revision surgery, so this place seemed like the best among the options. Everything seems decent at an average level, but I’m hesitating because the cost is a burden.
