I got salivary gland injections here two or three times, and at first they kept the appointment time well. From the second visit, the appointment time started getting pushed back a bit, and on my last visit lol I was honestly dumbfounded.. I definitely went at my appointment time, but I think I waited almost an hour. If I had gone early and waited, that would make sense because I arrived first, but isn’t an hour too much? After waiting 30 minutes, I asked when it would be, and they were like, “There are appointments ahead of you” lol I don’t think it makes sense to waste an hour just to get one Botox injection.
