Tip surgery is recommended for people whose nostrils are not uneven. The side profile is very pretty, but from the front the uneven nostrils are very noticeable. I want to go back to how I was before the surgery. I'm looking into revision surgery. The director is kind, but when checking my progress, they didn't even look for 10 seconds and just said, "Your nose turned out well," and walked out.
