I went looking into tip rhinoplasty because I wanted to lower the tip of my nose. Even though I went on a weekday morning, I had to wait quite a while. There was no separate consultation fee, and I first met with the manager, then could see the surgeon if I wanted. The manager had a bit of a strong older-sister vibe and seemed somewhat annoyed by the consultation. When I asked about side effects, she said there was no aftercare, that necrosis would absolutely not happen, and that silicone would never show through or anything like that. That made me trust it less. There was CCTV only in front of the operating room door, not inside the operating room. So I don’t think I’ll choose this place. But the surgeon is really kind and has a very good impression. During the surgeon consultation, I showed the photos I wanted and was glad he clearly told me what was realistically possible and what was not, saying no when something could not be done.
