I’d been really bothered by the line of my upper arms for a long time, so I had liposuction last August. I don’t really have any side effects, but one thing that bothers me is that I probably had too much fat removed from one arm, so there’s some unevenness and lumpy texture. It has gotten better over time compared to before. I think it works much better if you also manage your weight and exercise after surgery! Still, after debating it for a long time, I’m happier than if I had kept putting it off and never done it.
