There was about a 10-minute wait. I first saw the consultation manager, then consulted with the director, and then had time to ask the consultation manager about other questions besides cost. I went in for a first nose surgery consultation, and they explained how hump nose surgery is done while drawing a picture. I felt some trust and liked it, but they said I would need to wear a splint for 3 weeks and that it would be under general anesthesia, so I'm still thinking about it..
