I am writing this based only on facts for the public interest.
Epicanthoplasty I consistently took photos and kept records from immediately after surgery. The front shape has remained exactly as it was immediately after surgery, and it is currently asymmetrical. I developed a depressed scar, and after the stitches were removed, it became more indented as the swelling went down. The director's incision line is not at the inner corner of the eye; it starts away from the inner corner and extends long down to beneath the eye. The white scar is clearly visible even in the one-month photos.
Lower blepharoplasty/fat repositioning It may be due to the epicanthoplasty, but after surgery, one eye developed a break in the aegyo-sal and vertical wrinkles. Fat removal was performed, and now the under-eye area looks hollow.
