I like a natural style and prefer no implant, so personally, I liked it. After taking a CT scan, the functional issues were also quite serious, so they would correct those, and for the cosmetic part, they didn't really pressure me excessively. They said they would raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage, and if that wasn't enough, they would use ear cartilage.
