For my first surgery, I asked for naturalness at The Nan, a place known as the ultimate in glamorous results. I was going to do it without an implant, but they placed a thin 2 mm silicone implant. I did it to improve my blunt nasal tip, and I’m naturally satisfied with that part. It’s not a pointed nose, but a nearly straight, straight-to-slightly-curved nose. Everyone asks for a glamorous look, so glamorous lines come out; if you ask them to make it natural, they make it natural.
