I visited while going around for consultations at several places. The consultant chose and explained the materials for my nose. I felt some resistance to the consultant deciding and choosing my materials when they aren’t even a doctor. Later, the doctor consulted based on the nasal materials the consultant had written down. The doctor explained step by step exactly what the consultant had written, and I couldn’t really tell whether the consultant was the doctor or the doctor was the doctor. I had experienced silicone side effects from nose surgery, so I was reluctant about silicone, but they still suggested doing the revision with silicone, so my trust dropped a bit.
