I had surgery 10 years ago when the director was at another hospital. There is no problem, but the shape feels disappointing and lacking. There is a silicone show-through phenomenon, and the tip is blunt and hard. When I had a CT scan, I found that poor-quality material had been used, so these days I’m looking into revision surgery..
