First of all, the wait time was 1 hour... I was locked in the consultation room, and it felt stuffy. The director’s consultation was very detailed and professional, but the price was very different from what I had expected. They quoted me in the mid-4 millions, then said they’d apply various discounts and bring it down to the mid-3 millions. I was like, huh? The manager seemed to be pushing functional nose surgery even though I had no intention of getting it, while the director only spent about 5 seconds talking about functional nose surgery. When I was leaving, the front desk staff and a customer were arguing, so my impression of the place wasn’t good.
