The manager was also a good person, but the front desk staff were a little uncomfortable, so the score was deducted a bit It felt a little chaotic... I waited in the consultation room for a long time while waiting for the director, but that doesn't mean the consultation itself was bad, so I hope only that part gets improved..! Also, the director is very clear about what can and cannot be done, so if you have trouble deciding for yourself or are visiting for the first time and don't know where to start, this seems like a good place to go
