Before <before surgery><one week after surgery> Before removing the splint, I thought there was a lot of swelling, but once I actually removed the splint and looked, the swelling wasn’t as much as I expected!!! Maybe it looked big because of the splint or something. After removing it, it feels like it looks slimmer. And first of all, the side profile changed a lot.. There was a subtle hump that only I knew about, but with the osteotomy, it became very smooth for now. At first, when I said I was doing implant-free surgery without silicone, my friends said that without silicone it would be too natural, so it would be pointless, so I worried a lot...... But after looking at the community, there were many cases of side effects, so silicone scared me and I really couldn’t do it.. And the director also said implant-free surgery was possible, so I had rhinoplasty for rhinitis + implant-free, and it’s beyond my expectations!!! I’ll wait for more swelling to go down and leave a 2-week review ~>_<
