My rib cage is 72, and I had 290 cc put in on the left and 280 cc on the right. I wanted a full B cup, and I think it might end up roughly similar, but I need to wait and see a bit more.
I thought a lot before deciding, and I got it done with Matec. As expected, I couldn't give up on the feel
I really love the shape, but since it's only week 2, I don't know yet if it's extremely soft or anything like that. Of course, compared to how firm it was at first, it has gotten softer.. I wish time would pass quickly.
