Personally, I think it is okay that the line looks natural. Some people occasionally do not even know. I originally wanted an outline crease, so I had the line set as large as possible, but it became an in-outline crease, so I had revision surgery once again, but it still came out as an in-outline crease. As for the epicanthoplasty, maybe because it was cut open too much, I am not sure, but it was very noticeable. I regret the epicanthoplasty a little. If you want a natural inline crease, I think this hospital is also okay.
