The staff were really, really unfriendly;;; There was a young woman who guided me before I met the consultation manager, after I had the nose CT scan, and she asked me to say what procedures I'd had done. I said this and that, and then she suddenly burst out laughing;;; I felt so bad that I stopped talking for a moment, then she must have realized her mistake and fixed her expression, so I started talking again, but when I met with the doctor, none of the procedures I'd had were passed along at all, so I had to explain them again. I came here through a referral and my expectations for surgery were high, but even if the doctor is very skilled, if they have employees like this, it's obvious how they'd treat me after surgery, so I took them off my list.
