I had tip surgery with a septal cartilage graft, and it made me look a lot sharper compared with my cute look. My nose definitely looks prettier, but it also feels a little pinched... It's really ambiguous. Depending on the angle it looks pretty, but from the front it's weak under light... If possible, I want to loosen the cartilage binding a little.
