I had the surgery two years ago. The photo is an X-ray taken for a nose consultation at another clinic, haha. I don’t usually want to leave a review this long. I’m not a broker, but... my first-ever bone surgery was done like this... Because I received it safely, kindly, and in a satisfying way... I’m writing so that you all can also get it safely and find it helpful!
During the consultation, I discussed three types of facial contouring. The cost issue was also a big factor, but the surgery went well, haha. They said the cheekbones were just for line refinement. The jawbone was more important, and they said that very clearly. Since the skin wasn’t sagging either, they said it would go very well, and because my bones were strong, there was nothing to worry about, haha. While looking at the CT scan, They kept telling me to look at how thick my bones were, lol. Even after the surgery, while showing me the pieces of bone they cut out, lol I burst out laughing when they said, "Wow, we cut off a lot, right?" After surgery, they told me to eat and move around well. I thought I’d have to eat porridge or some kind of nutritional drink, but they told me to eat anything I could chew, just avoid overdoing it and keep spicy foods to a minimum, haha. They said moving around a lot helps recovery faster, haha. So I kept moving around a lot.
At first, for a few months, it was puffy, but as 1 and 2 years passed, it slimmed down more. Honestly, up to about 6 months I felt the effect was minimal, so I was a little disappointed, but since it’s a bone-shaving surgery, I guess it takes time to settle in. Now, at the 2-year mark, it’s very good.
I asked them to leave a bit of the area behind the ears and the square jaw I guess that was unnecessary. My own greed, haha. It’s so natural that no one knows I had contouring surgery. That doesn’t mean there’s no visible change, but it’s to the point where it feels like it was always my small, slim face. If you want a style with very obvious cheekbone reduction and a V-line jaw, go to another clinic that cuts a lot..... My goal was to be a beautiful woman with surgery that nobody would notice. Even now, people look at my face and say, "How is your face so small?" It’s exciting.... They say I look 5 to 7 years younger than my age, and based on the CT scan, even if I went to another clinic, they said the lines were shaved really well yay I had the front chin and square jaw done.
Director Lee Sijin was so kind that I got a lot of help from before surgery through recovery. Even the next day after surgery, Dr. Park Nohyeok came early in the morning, the staff came in and out all night, and the director came too. It felt like I was receiving a hospital visit. The ice cream and pumpkin porridge were delicious. They also gave me a two-person room. I had a boyfriend then, and they even let him sleep comfortably too Whenever I went, the doctor checked me during follow-up visits, and if there was no consultation or surgery, I met him quite often.
He examined me every time I went. On the day of surgery, he came right after the surgery ended. I didn’t know I’d get to see the director so often after surgery. When I was looking into other clinics, they said you couldn’t really see the doctor, so I worried while researching... I prioritized safety!!! They designed it to make me look younger no matter what. But since I asked them to leave a little of the area behind the ears, I asked another clinic whether I should shave it again, and these days they say leaving some is also a trend, so they told me to leave it as is So my expectation is 4 stars.......Honestly, I don’t even remember what my face shape was like before the surgery now.
Today I was going to remove the screws from my chin and go for a revision consultation for my nose done elsewhere, but I heard Dr. Park was at an academic conference so I’ll aim for another chance.
