When I first came to the hospital, I liked how spacious and clean it was. While waiting, they asked if I needed anything, and overall I liked that I could feel how much they cared about each patient individually. And in the consultation room, I liked that the doctor spoke in a really honest and straightforward way. It wasn't a matter of telling me to do this or that, but rather explaining that if I had this surgery, I wouldn't get a dramatic effect, just a softer look to my face. They explained the effect of the surgery well and also explained well why the surgery was needed, which I appreciated.
