A few years ago I had jaw implants, Noble Cat, and a cheek implant with bone cement. I had contouring done at another hospital, but the chin tip did not come out in the shape I wanted, and because they had already cut everything away, I was drawn to the fact that they used 3D printing, so I went for a consultation. They also recommended Noble Cat, so even back then I had the surgery done for a very expensive 9 million won or so. Afterward, I had a complete underbite, the cat surgery was too much too, and I looked like an alien monster, and the cheek implant was placed too high so my nose spread out. I cried every day and went in during follow-ups to complain, but they said it was swelling and to wait. Then at the one-month mark, even they thought it looked strange, so they agreed to do it again. I asked them to remove Noble Cat entirely, lower the cheek implant height, and reduce the chin as well. Even after the second surgery, it was better than the first, but it still looked awkward and strange compared with my original face, and it did not feel pretty, so in the end I paid 3 million more for revision surgery and had it done again. During this process I almost fought with the doctor and the coordinator, got treated like a difficult patient, and the director printed out photos of my facial bones and told me to draw exactly what I wanted. He said they would do it exactly as drawn; the doctor telling the patient to draw it themselves and that they would do it exactly, but then saying not to say anything to him after that... does that even make sense? In the end I drew it myself and lowered the cheek implant height even more for the revision. As a result, the chin tip is what I designed, so I am satisfied, but even with the cheek implant lowered my nose still spreads out. Still, if I remove it, my nasolabial folds might get worse, so it is not terrible and I am living with it. However, because of the repeated surgeries I developed scar tissue inside my mouth, and the space under my gums and around my chin got narrower, so when I close my mouth I now have a jawline wrinkle that I never had before. The doctor’s personality is no joke. Always speaking informally.. And honestly, Noble Cat is better avoided if possible. The surgical method and equipment are good, but the aesthetic sense seems lacking.. Maybe they are better now since they have done so many
